• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not be located in a prohibited jurisdiction
• Pass our onboarding and compliance verification

4. Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Keeping your account information up to date

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Process transactions for prohibited businesses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Reverse engineer or copy our technology

6. Compliance Obligations

• You will not process transactions for sanctioned parties

7. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees for our services are established in your commercial agreement with VectorOne. You agree to pay all applicable fees as specified in your agreement.

8. Banking Partner Relationships

Banking services are provided by our licensed banking partners, not by VectorOne. You acknowledge that:

• Customer deposits are held at our banking partners
• Banking partners may have their own terms and conditions
• VectorOne does not hold customer funds
• Deposits may be FDIC-insured up to applicable limits

9. Intellectual Property

VectorOne retains all rights, title, and interest in our platform, APIs, documentation, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited license to use our services subject to these Terms.

10. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable services with 99.99% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate services for:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Emergency maintenance
• Compliance or security concerns
• Violation of these Terms

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VectorOne shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
